Ceilidh (pronounced KAY-lee): A social event with Scottish folk music, traditional dancing, and storytelling.

Our Workshop

Our workshop is a fun, interactive activity and includes plenty of dancing, singing, stories from Scotland and a demonstration of the Highland Bagpipe. We wear full Highland Dress (the kilt) and speak through a radio mic. The event is held entirely in English and is suitable for students from age 8. Timings are flexible and we adapt the workshop to suit the needs of your group.

Please contact us for a list of prices and timings, and we will create a personalised session based on the age and size of your group!

Part One

Interactive warm-up, followed by a fun guided session through various Scottish ‘Ceilidh’ dances!

Part Two

An engaging, humorous and participative presentation where students learn about Scotland via song, story and the bagpipes.
